What I've learned this term

1) Two things I've learned this year?

I have learned how to multiply and divide integers.

I have also learned the rock cycle.

2) Two things I'm proud of?

I am proud of my first raft story and I'm also proud of my test marks.

3) Two smart goals.

My first smart goal is to be prepared for every class daily. I will accomplish this by remembering all my books and assignments. To accomplish that, I will put a reminder on my phone that goes off Monday to Friday at 7;30 am for an entire semester. My second goal is to remember my daily planner daily for the entire semester as well. I shall accomplish this by putting a second reminder on my phone and putting my planner by my lunch kit.

Poem

Don't look at me and lie.
Don't even turn your head and sigh.
I'm standing here before you.
Though you're to afraid too Look at me, aren't you.
I wish it wasn't true.
But that's just you.
On lie after another.
Could you look me in the eyes without seeing my mother.
No you couldn't.
Actually you just wouldn't.
You act as if I were a bee.
One sting and I'd be gone.
We'd be done.
I'm sorry to tell you, but you're wrong.
One more lie and you'll have a song.
Here's the thing.
I'm not going anywhere and I just love to sing.
Now it's time to say hello to guilt.
That stinging glass wall you built.
All by yourself.
So tell me how does it feel to be alone with ones self.
So good luck dad.
Wow this reunion is just so sad.
Goodbye and no worries I loved you once before.
I could again but I'd rather be out the door.

Old Poems Written and Now Read

I haven't read much lately. Maybe a page here and there, but nothing I can remember. The only thing I've read lately is old poems I've written. With titles such us Beauties Grace, Wars Joy, Loves Pain and one that was named Retrieved. All poems I once loved, I guess I shouldn't say once, since I still do. They rhyme and flow and have a meaning. They all tell you little something about how I write. The one called Beauties Grace, I know it might sound like grace and beauty are one, or something like that. Though it's really about the pain beauty can bring. It's not always as "great" as people think it is. So that's pretty much what I've read in the last week.
